Please finn in health check survey form when checking in. Please inform staff if you are not feeling well. Please cooperate with temperature screening. Please wash your hands. Please keep space when lining up.

  • We may refuse to let a customer stay at our hotel if a customer has a fever more than 37.5℃ or unwell.
  • There is an acrylic screen at reception.
  • Please cooperate with temperature screening and health surveys when you check in.

Infection Prevention measures of Housekeeping

  • We always ventilate regularly when cleaning the guest room and corridors. We also disinfect public spaces and equipment which guests may have touched.
  • We seal trash from the guest room in a plastic bags, and dispose of it very carefully.
