Kamoshika ski lodge is a new luxury renovation right next to the main Nagasaka Gondola.
Wake up to amazing mountain views and be the first to ski Nozawa's legendary powder tracks.
The main bedrooms are all located in the lower level each with their own bathroom and comfortable western beds. The large lounge, dining and kitchen living spaces plus the cinema room and Japanese Tatami room all with views over the ski fields and mountains are above. This architect designed ski lodge creates a clever separation of sleeping and living spaces for relaxation and entertainment at the same time.
Two new 3 bedroom apartments next to the Sparena onsen and restaurant complex on the edge of the ski resort. Ski almost all the way to the front door but still only a short walk to the centre of the village.
With amazing mountain views these apartments offer fully equipped kitchens, 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms and spacious living area.
The Schneider Hotel is a family-friendly, ski in ski out lodge-style hotel located steps away from the Kandahar and Utopia lifts and a short walk or slide down to the Hikage Gondola Station, the Kids Park and the Japan Ski Museum. Some places in Nozawa Onsen claim to be ski-in ski-out, but check the location as only a few accommodations are the real deal. Schneider is located above the Hikage Gondola Station so guests ski down to the gondola or take a few steps out the front door to Utopia and Kandahar lifts beating the crowds up the mountain. While Schneider is on the mountain it is still possible to walk down to the village (over snow) in about 15 minutes and the free Taki-no-yu Onsen is a 10-minute walk away.
