For newcomers to Nozawa, our resort guides offer customized experiences to conquer Nozawa’s powder. Our commitment to exceptional customer service ensures the best with the finest instructors

Lesson Pricing

All lessons are private, for up to 4 people

Premium lessons include flexible start times, priority instructor selection, and extended support on the mountain.

Who Can Join?

• Ages: 4 years old and above
  
• Group Size: 1–4 people per private lesson
  
• Skill Matching: For the best experience, participants should be of similar age and ability
  
• Equipment: All participants must use the same type of gear (ski or snowboard)‍
• Family Lessons: We do not offer joint lessons for adults and children under 6, due to differences in teaching style

‍We’ll suggest the most convenient meeting point based on your accommodation. Let us know where you're staying, and we’ll guide you from there.

Office Hours & Booking

• Office Hours: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM daily
  
• Same-Day Bookings: Must be confirmed and paid by 10:00 AM
• After-Hours Requests: Will be answered the next business day

Additional Notes

• Lift tickets & equipment rentals are not included
  
• For full-day lessons, please bring money for lunch (lunch is not provided)
  
• Extra Time: ¥12,000/hour if you extend beyond scheduled time
• ‍Instructor Lunch: If you'd like your instructor to stay with your children for lunch, there is a ¥3,000 charge.

Canyons Ski School offer the option to join larger group lessons. Connect with others and expand your skill set in a group class.You can choose between morning-only or full-day sessions, and there are multiple ability levels to accommodate your preferences. Please email our lessons team to request to join a group lesson.
