How to Make a Reservation

Submit a Booking Request

(Calendar opens on February 25)

From February 25, we will start accepting reservation requests for stays from December 1, 2025 onwards.
Please submit your Booking Request by searching desired dates.
Our reservation team will process requests in the order they are received.

Provisional Booking & Confirmation

After reviewing your request, we will check availability and place a temporary hold on the room.
To confirm your booking, we will send you an invoice for a 20% deposit.
Your reservation will be confirmed once the deposit is paid within 3 days.

Important Notes

A "Booking Request" does not guarantee a room reservation.
Our team will process requests in order and check availability before confirming your booking.
Check-in dates may have to change depending on the property.
We will inform you if any adjustments are needed before confirming your booking.
‍Reservations are only accepted online.
We do not process bookings over the phone.
‍Some properties are not accepting bookings yet or has closure on booking dates.

‍Large Group bookings
If a representative is booking for a group, please CC other guests to ensure smooth conversations.

Cancellation Policy for Peak Winter Season

Cancellations within 90 days of check-in during peak season will be charged 100% of the total accommodation fee. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover cancellation fees in the event of unforeseen circumstances.

Bella Vista Ski Lodge

Reopening for the 2025/26 season after a full renovation, Bella Vista Ski Lodge is set to be one of Nozawa’s most desirable stays. Ideally located between the Nagasaka Gondola and Oyu-dori street, it offers forest-backed serenity and sweeping views over snow-dusted rice fields, the Chikuma Valley, and Mt. Myoko. The lodge features a full kitchen with European appliances, spacious dining and living areas, and ample room to relax in style.

With its grand views and capacity for up to nine discerning guests, Bella Vista is ideally suited to families, couples, or groups who appreciate a touch of the finer things. The ground floor features a newly appointed kitchen — fully equipped, naturally — for everything from hearty breakfasts to late-night culinary experiments. The adjoining dining and sitting rooms are well-sized for recounting the day’s alpine escapades over a glass of something suitably refreshing. Upstairs, three spacious bedrooms all share that enviable valley panorama. Sleeping arrangements include a king-size bed, two semi-doubles, and futons atop a raised floor — with provision for an additional mattress in each room.

Location

Bella Vista is perfectly positioned—a five-minute walk from both the village centre and the Nagasaka Gondola, with forest at its back and, for the adventurous, the chance to ski to the door. Its sunset views over the Myoko range are the finest in town, and the renowned Nozawa Onsen Distillery is just a minute away. Restaurants, bars, free onsens, and the bus terminal are all close at hand. True to its name, Bella Vista offers both beautiful views and equally beautiful living.

Booking Policy

Payment Policy

  • Reservation made more than 90 days prior to arrival: 20% of the accommodation total is required to confirm a reservation. The remaining balance is due 90 days prior to arrival.
  • Reservation made 90 days or less prior to arrival: 100% of the package total is required to confirm a reservation.

Package Cancellation Policy

  • Cancelling more than 180 days prior to arrival: 5% of the total amount is non-refundable or transferable.
  • Cancelling between 180 days to 90 days prior to arrival: 20% of the total amount is non-refundable or transferable.
  • Cancelling 90 days or less prior to arrival: 100% of the total is non-refundable or transferable.
  • Cancellation policy applies to any changes to the accommodation bookings.
  • Dates and time changes for lift tickets and transfers bookings are subject to availability.
  • We strongly advise guests to have Travel Insurance cover to protect themselves against unexpected changes to their travel plans and in the case of any injuries.
