Kashmir House Ski Lodge enjoys a true ski-in, ski-out location in the Hikage Ski Area, set directly on the snow alongside the Forest Trail run. Guests can ski just a short distance to the Hikage Gondola, offering quick access to the mountain and the opportunity to get ahead of the crowds arriving from the village in the morning. As the lodge is located on the mountain, it is not accessible by vehicle. Guests can reach the property during the day by taking the Yu-Road moving walkway from the centre of town to the Hikage Ski Area, followed by an approximately 10-minute walk across the snow.
