For newcomers to Nozawa, our resort guides offer customized experiences to conquer Nozawa’s powder. Our commitment to exceptional customer service ensures the best with the finest instructors
- Cancellations made more than 7 days in advance of the scheduled lesson will not incur any cancellation fees.
- Cancellations made within 7 days prior to the scheduled lesson will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
- Cancellations or changes made within 48 hours prior to the scheduled lesson, as well as “No Shows,” will result in a 100% cancellation fee.
- Cancellation policy applies to any changes of the booking.
