Bartender

As a bartender, passionate about mixology and hospitality you play a pivotal role in ensuring exceptional customer experiences and maintaining a positive workplace environment. This position is essential to creating a welcoming atmosphere and providing an exceptional experience for all patrons.

General duties will include, but are not limited to:

• Adhere to the bar's established protocols for starting and ending each shift.
• Provide the best experience and time to all guests, ensuring they feel welcome and valued.
• Explain recommended menu items and take orders accurately and efficiently.
• Manage transactions with attention to accuracy and integrity.
• Have a thorough understanding of the beverage list, including local products and specialties.
• Skillfully prepare and serve a variety of cocktails.
• Oversee ordering and stocktake to ensure the bar is well-supplied and organized.
• Maintain a clean and hygienic bar area at all times.
• Execute and manage bar promotions to enhance customer engagement and sales.
• Perform other duties as required by Stay Nozawa to support overall operations.
