Working in a small fast-paced venue your skills in service and communication will be imperative to delivering a memorable experience to our customers.
General duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Opening and closing of the venue
- Provide customers with the best possible hospitality and experience
- Handling POS system, till and reservation system
- Good knowledge of general liquor, our products and menu
- Providing drink recommendations and upselling products
- Making cocktails and drinks to a high standard during busy periods
- Keeping the working area clean at all times
- Daily and weekly venue cleaning
- Effectively communicating with other staff and working closely in a high paced environment
- Offer assistance to the production team when needed
