Front Of House - Nozawa Onsen Distillery

Working in a small fast-paced venue your skills in service and communication will be imperative to delivering a memorable experience to our customers.

Responsibilities

General duties will include, but are not limited to:

  • Opening and closing of the venue
  • Provide customers with the best possible hospitality and experience
  • Handling POS system, till and reservation system
  • Good knowledge of general liquor, our products and menu
  • Providing drink recommendations and upselling products
  • Making cocktails and drinks to a high standard during busy periods
  • Keeping the working area clean at all times
  • Daily and weekly venue cleaning
  • Effectively communicating with other staff and working closely in a high paced environment
  • Offer assistance to the production team when needed

Experience / Qualifications

Previous hospitality experience

Reports to

Floor Supervisor on Duty, Venue Manager
