Housekeeping

As a member of the StayNozawa housekeeping team you are responsible for delivering high-quality cleaning to provide the best possible experience for our guests.

Responsibilities

  • Greeting guests and responding to inquiries when asked
  • Conduct room tidies, changeovers and the cleaning of public areas in a timely manner and to a high-standard
  • Changing linen, making beds and sorting rubbish to the Japanese standards
  • Fixing or reporting any technical issues or maintenance needs
  • Checking and ordering stock of cleaning products and supplies  
  • Paying attention to small details and providing guests the best possible experience for their stay
  • Working autonomously and keeping good communication with the administration team

Experience / Qualifications

Previous housekeeping experience preferred

Reports to

Housekeeping Team Leader, Venue Manager and Duty Manager
