Housekeeping Supervisor

As a lead member of the Stay Nozawa Housekeeping team, you play a pivotal role in leading a team to deliver high-quality and consistent cleaning standards and to help provide the best possible experience for our guests.

Responsibilities

  • Leading and carrying out a consistent high-standard cleaning across accommodation properties
  • Delegating and managing a team to deliver these standards on a specific timeline
  • Paying attention to small details and providing guests the best possible experience for their stay and checking the quality of your teams work before room inspections
  • Conduct room tidies, changeovers and the cleaning of public areas in a timely manner and to a high-standard
  • Changing linen, making beds and sorting rubbish to the Japanese standards
  • Fixing or reporting any technical issues or maintenance needs
  • Checking and ordering stock of cleaning products and supplies  
  • Working autonomously and keeping good communication with the administration team
  • Greeting guests and answering questions as needed

Previous housekeeping experience

Reports to

Venue Manager and Duty Manager
