Front Of House - Yama Bar

Working in a small fast-paced venue, your skills in service and communication will be imperative to delivering a memorable experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

General duties will include, but not be limited to:

  • Opening and closing of the venue.
  • Provide customers with the best possible hospitality and experience.
  • Good knowledge of our products and menu.
  • Providing drink recommendations and upselling products.
  • Handling the POS system and reservation system.
  • Keeping the working area clean at all times.
  • Daily venue cleaning.
  • Effectively communicating with other staff and working closely in a high paced environment.
  • Offer assistance to the production team when needed.

Previous hospitality experience
