Working in a small transport team, coordinating daily tasks effectively and efficiently. You will be the face of StayNozawa meeting and greeting guests and providing exceptional customer service is imperative.
General duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Providing exceptional customer service and professionalism when interacting with guests
- Be presentable and professional at all times, ensuring customer experience is the highest priority
- Assisting guests, offering answers to questions and providing information
- Assisting front desk staff with check in and check out operations, carrying luggage to guest rooms and ensuring transportation happens smoothly and to schedule
- Driving within the speed limits and adhering to road rules safely
- Identifying potential hazards and reporting to management
- Maintaining and ensuring vehicles, car park areas and company buildings are clear of snow and ice
- Ensuring vehicles are maintained and kept clean and tidy at all times
- Ensure rubbish huts are maintained, rubbish sorting is correct and notify management of any arising issue
